These terms cover the free 100-lead gift, the Group AI Growth Session and workshop, and the AI Acquisition Launchpad. They are written from one offer-facts file; every page and every AI assistant of ours reads the same numbers. The client agreement you sign governs where it goes further.
100 verified leads that match your ideal client, delivered inside the session. If we fail, we pay you $100.
How delivery works. Your leads are built from the 2-minute audit you complete in the session. The first 10 are delivered during the session (around minute 25) as proof; the remaining 90 are released at the end of the session (stay to the end).
What counts as a lead. An ideal-client-matched business contact with a verified email address (phone and LinkedIn where available), not previously delivered to you, matching the ideal-client profile you stated in your audit (industry, role, geography, company size).
When we have failed. Fewer than 100 leads meeting the lead definition delivered by the end of the session or of the follow-up call, or a spot-check shows fewer than [X]% verified.
How to claim.
Pending counsel review: spot-check threshold, payout window and the payout promise itself. Values in brackets are placeholders until counsel confirms.
The session is for businesses with revenue of $10,000 per month or more, a proven offer, an existing lead base or a clear ideal-client profile, and the ability to run at least $50 a day in advertising for 90 days. Businesses that do not meet those lines join the Join AI Business workshop instead; the gift is the same for both.
Sessions run live on Zoom in meeting mode (90 minutes; the workshop is about 150 minutes). Live-only bonuses, including the leads, are for people in the room. A missed session may be moved once to the next day's session.
AI Acquisition Launchpad · General — $1,999. $1,999 now and $1,999 after you have made 2x your investment (ROI contingency), or 3 x $999. Guarantee: 1,000 verified ideal-client leads within 90 days.
AI Acquisition Launchpad · Fast Track — $4,999. $4,999, financing available. Guarantee: 2,000 verified ideal-client leads within 90 days. Includes a call with Nik and first place in the delivery queue.
Seats. Each session offers 5 Launchpad seats: 2 Fast Track and 3 General. Seat counts are real delivery capacity recorded in our seat ledger. We say a seat has opened only when a buyer has been disqualified or refunded and that change is logged. We decline applicants who do not meet the written criteria.
Financing. Both seats can be paid in instalments at the same price through Splitit or ClarityPay, subject to their approval.
Upgrade credit. What you paid for the Launchpad is credited toward Diamond, DWY or DFY if you upgrade within 21 days.
Paid offers are refundable for failure to deliver (on-time assets, lead guarantee). The 7-day window starts when the customer completes the onboarding checklist. No other refunds.
Pending counsel review: refund wording and the definition of the onboarding checklist and the failure test live in the client agreement.
Join AI Business Community is $29 per month for session buyers and free-trial entrants, $99 per month otherwise. It renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time; the most recent charge is refunded on request within 7 days of that charge.

How you use the leads (cold invites, SMS, calls, reactivation, lookalikes) is your responsibility under the laws that apply to you; the agreement says so.
Payment proofs of real buyers are shared only with the buyer's written consent and with personal data blurred. Honest reviews only. Incentives (unlocks) are for video testimonials and internal feedback, never for public review sites. Our chat and voice assistants are software; you will be told when you are speaking with one. They may quote these terms and book sessions; they may not change a price, guarantee or refund.
